Cancer, Black Salve,

Have a read about Black Salve. Look about information about Black Salve.
Cancer is a serious issue and we all know.
How to use this page.
1/  Have a overview and then decide what to read in depth.
2/  If you need Cancer I guess you are interested in the Black Salve
3/ I had Bowel Cancer and I have listed what I do each day to build up my body to fight invaders such as Cancer.
Breakfast.....Grain Toasted Bread, Butter, Egg,
Glass of Freshly squeezed Oranges. About 2.  with 5ml, Olive Extract about 33g is the strength on the bottle. Some have 22g or 55 g about I simply decided for the centre strength

Lunch..... Grain Bread with a bit of meat etc, I like apple on my sandwich. I have a bowl of  fruit as well. Often about 5 fruits depending on the season. One example is a bowl of fruit. 20 grapes, 1 Banana, 1 Plum, 1 Peach, Kiwi Fruit. Often I do add a bit of cake, cake is my weakness.

Dinner.....Ann cook's me. ( I often tell her I would cook, but her reply to me is she wants to be able to eat the food) If you follow the Ross Taylors, Book Living Simply with Cancer 80% and 20% ratio which the book gives a list of  Fruit, Vegetables and things like Meat etc.
I have a small dinner because a lge meal upsets my sleeping, but I think I have a problem because of the Bowel Cancer.

I notice in Amazon you can have a digital download  using Kindle it was only $3.50 .

Basically that is my days eating. Weakness for me 7 cups of Coffee with honey, not white sugar. from the Bee producer in my town. I have no other snacks during the day or night. If I am hungry I have a bit of fruit.

Extremely unusual for me to drink Wine or Beer because I know I have to avoid foods that feed Cancer or reduces my immune System. I know I need to have a strong immune system .

If you research a bit you will know what I am talking about on this page.

Cheers
Be strong

.................................................

WARNING: Please read the following instructions through carefully before applying Black Salve. Do not, in any way, deviate from the following. Remember, Black Salve will provide results only if you have skin cancer, as opposed to a benign growth. This includes basal cell and squamous cell carcinomas and melanomas of the skin. For information on an alternative to benign moles and warts, see Bloodroot Paste.

--- (1) PREPARATION ---

Many people, on the observation that they have a "mole" or similar skin marking that is growing and getting darker, have elected to use Black Salve anyway. After all, Black Salve is selective in its action and will only "go after" neoplastic (cancerous) tissue. Healthy tissue will only redden and become mildly irritated when Black Salve is applied. This decision is entirely at the discretion of the user; there is no danger, toxic or otherwise, of applying Black Salve to healthy tissue, although doing so is simply a waste of the product.
In addition, if you are targeting more than one growth, do one at a time.

--- (2) APPLICATION ---

Centreforce Black Salve comes in .8 oz. and 1.6 oz containers. The product has the consistency of a thick, moist paste. It can easily be self-applied with the fingers and should be spread over the lesion or cancerous tissue in a thin covering, almost lightly "caked." Wash hands thoroughly before and after applying Black Salve.
The applied area will start to tingle shortly afterwards -- anywhere between 5 minutes to 6 hours after the initial application. (In fact, if you feel "nothing" after three to six hours, it is most likely that nothing more will happen: Black Salve has failed to come into direct contact with the cancer. After 24 hours, you will want to remove the Black Salve and reapply, repeating this process, until the Black Salve can reach and "grab" the underlying aberrant growth.) In some cases, there is a burning sensation with larger lesions, so it is important to have a non-prescription pain killer, available during the process. Areas larger than a square centimeter may require even stronger analgesics, which, being prescription, will require the services of a cooperative physician. Otherwise, observing good "pain management" It may require that the cancer be "taken out in stages." This involves applying a small amount to the edge of the growth, waiting for the sensations to die down as the eschar process begins, and then repeating this process on an adjacent area of skin until the entire area has been covered. Observe this same procedure if you are targeting more than one growth. Do one at a time. In this fashion, any discomfort is minimized because the entire process, which can at that point last several days, has been spread out over time. This bears repeating: never apply Black Salve to a large area, unless you are under a physician's care and advice.
It is also a good idea to place a bandage over the area, particularly if the forming eschar is on a place on the body that might be subject to being bumped or bruised in the course of daily activity. Another thing to consider is that Black Salve can stain clothing, so for practical, aesthetic, and cleanliness issues, covering the site is a good idea.

" . . . I applied Black Salve and no eschar appeared! . . . What do I do now?"
Black Salve has to come into contact with the target cancer area in order to work. It has transdermal properties (i.e. skin penetrating ability) - a characteristic that is enhanced with the Black Salve - Deep Tissue, as well as our veterinary versions. However, a couple of simple tricks can also speed up the process and/or reduce the number of applications required to "reach" a skin cancer that is well below the epidermis. Most people don't need these techniques if the skin cancer is close to the skin surface. We recommend that these "tricks of the trade" only be used if an initial application does not produce results - which turns out to be a minority of cases.
"Deep Loufah Wash" - Many people use a loufah sponge to rigorously wash and prepare the skin before applying Black Salve Salve. This serves to remove some of the dead cells in the top layer of the epidermis (the stratum corneum), so that Black Salve has less tissue through which to travel to get to the underlying cancer.
"Needle Points" - This technique is more effective, but more invasive. It involves taking a sterilized needle and carefully making holes in the skin - about a sixteenth to eighth inch deep, very much as an acupuncturist would - except that the needle is removed as soon as the holes, usually spaced about a quarter-inch apart. Following the creation of the "skin holes," Black Salve Salve is then (re)applied. We recommend that this technique be used by practitioners and not end users. We also advise that practitioners prep the area by rubbing three drops of Lugol's into the freshly "pricked" skin before Black Salve is (re)applied, provided that the subject is not diabetic - a clear contraindication, in which case hydrogen peroxide (3-6%) will act as a suitable substitute.)

--- (3) MANAGING THE ESCHAR ---
After 24 hours remove the bandage. Using hydrogen peroxide (H2O2 - 3% and a Q-Tip, very lightly go over the lesion, removing any excess Black Salve and other organic debris (i.e. pus, serous fluid, etc. Normally one application is sufficient for small tumors (the size of a pencil eraser), but no more than three applications are required for larger tumors. There are instances, however, when repeated applications of Black Salve are required because of "accessibility" problems - although this can be limited using the techiques cited in the preceding section. In order to initiate the escharization process, however, and begin killing the cancer, it is vital that Black Salve be able to penetrate and reach the subject site. This can take multiple (three or more) applications, though one to two applications is more common.
After the eschar has formed, keep it well protected.
Normally the bandage can be left on for a period of 10 days: however, in advanced cases there is considerable "drainage," that is, a steady emission of pus. In the sense that Black Salve kills the cancer cells and takes certain leukocytes (defending white blood corpuscles) with it in the process of eliminating the neoplasm, it is a suppurative agent: that is, drainage should not be viewed as abnormal. The range of possible response is very little pus and only one bandage ever required, to a regular change of bandages required in the case of advanced melanomas. Your case will be somewhere in-between.

--- (4) REMOVING THE ESCHAR ---
The eschar itself represents the death of the neoplasm, and this occurs shortly after application. Everything that follows from there is the body's own reparative responses. From here on out, the body knows exactly what to do and wastes no time doing it. However, to us the days and weeks that follow may seem lengthy.
The next stage is the removal of the eschar, or scab. This usually happens within 10 days after initial application, unless the case is advanced and/or cancer(s) cover a large area of the body. As with any scab, let it fall out when it is ready. Do not pull it out prematurely, although you may find that it will eventually be attached with a small thread of skin tissue which can be easily and safely severed. If you remove the eschar premature, you further risk developing scar tissue.

--- (5) DECAVITATION & "HEALING OVER" ---
After the eschar comes out, the pit or "decavitation" can look raw and unsightly. Nonetheless, if kept covered and the everyday principles of good hygiene are followed, there will be no threat of secondary infection. If you work in area that is less than clean, however, you might want to have hydrogen peroxide handy, and apply it liberally to the site once a day to kill any invasive germs. Another option is the use of SilverAloe which accelerates the healing process and unlike hydrogen peroxide, has a thicker viscosity that allows it to stay on the skin longer.
Only in rare conditions does the cancer "come back" to the area applied, unless there is underlying metastasis. To be sure that the area is clear of cancer, many users elect to initiate a second, or even third, application after they get to the "heal over" stage. In other words, once Black Salve has finished its work, there are normally no residual cells from the original neoplasm. This rule finds more exceptions the larger the original cancer growth is, the deeper it is beneath the skin, the more instances of skin cancer the subject has experienced, and/or the more extensive a person's history of skin cancer is or has been. Remember, you may need to repeat this process if the skin cancer is sufficiently extensive such that residual cancer cells have been left behind after you finish your first "cycle." (Although, this same admonition would exist if you had your skin cancer surgically removed.)

The current ingredients In Centreforce Black Salve are: zinc chloride (Cl2Zn), chaparral Larrea mexicata), bloodroot (Sanguinaria canadensis); galangal root (Alpinia officinarium) or ginger root (Zingiber officinale); graviola leaf (Annona muricata), DMSO and glycerine (used as a humectant, to keep the product moist).

Vet Dosage

"Please read carefully before using!"

Background

A wide variety of successful reports have come to our attention in the veterinarian area. The animals which have received the most attention are domestic cats, dogs; and horses. This page provides veterinary guidelines for the use of these products.

--- (1) BLACK SALVE ---

The application of Centreforce Black Salve to animals is fairly straight-forward and the same User Instructions would apply. The same cannot be said of the internal versions: Centreforce Capsules, Centreforce Tonic I, and Centreforce Tonic III, so please read the dosage information below carefully.

--- (2) CENTREFORCE CAPSULES ---

The standard human dosage for Centreforce Capsules, printed clearly on the label, is one capsule, twice daily -- a total of two capsules per day. This is a recommended "baseline" dosage. Many people with advanced cancers will take nine or more capsules per day, knowing that the body will let them know if they're overdoing it - (i.e. general nausea will set in, even when capsules are taken with meals, accompanied by excessive fatique... the symptoms go away when dosage is cut back to a manageable level. We do not, by the way, recommend that you exceed the "baseline" dosage unless you are under the care of a naturopath).
Most animals will use far less because of smaller body weight. To create uniformity in dosage, we are recommending that 160 lbs. (72.5 kg.) be used a baseline with animals for our standardization of dosage.
Prorating from there, and taking into account that a single double-O Centreforce Capsule is 750 mg., the following values would be produced for smaller animals (usually our pets: cats and dogs):

Centreforce Capsule Dosage for Cats & Dogs
If Animal Body Weight if ... Then Daily Dosage Is...
5 - 10 lbs. (2.2 to 4.5 kg.) 1/4 Capsule (about 180 mg.)
20 lbs. (9 kg.) 1/2 Capsule (about 360 mg.)
40 lbs. (18 kg.) 1 Capsule (750 mg.)
80 lbs. (36 kg.) 2 Capsules (1500 mg.)
120 lbs. (54 kg.) 3 Capsules (2250 mg.)
Over 120 lbs Email us.

Horses: The use of Centreforce Capsules with horses (and this is true as well for our other internal products) is limited. We have had users reporting pouring the contents of 15 to 20 capsules into their feed and seeing success, but our opinion is that the number of cases is too limited to draw useful, reliable dosage recommendations at this time. We invite veterinarians and end users to provide input. The same recommendations should apply with horses as with smaller animals: make sure the animal is taking Centreforce Capsules with a meal; be sensitive to any sign of nausea (i.e. signs of stomachic sickness, vomiting, etc.)

--- (3) Centreforce Tonics ---

There are two versions of Centreforce Tonic -- the original version (Centreforce Tonic ) and Centreforce Tonic III. The usage instructions for both are quite different.
Centreforce Tonic : Using one Tablespoon (or 3 tsp., roughly 15 ml.), as our baseline, we have calculated that you are safe by giving your animal 3 drops of Tonic for every pound of body weight, or roughly 6 drops per kilogram - daily.
Keep in mind that you may break this up to ensure that you can safely hide the product in their food. So, for a 10-pound cat, you would give your animal 30 drops daily; however, this could be 10 drops, three times daily, or 15 drops, twice a day. As long as the aggregate daily dosage is the original 30 drops per day.
Dosage for pets would be one drop per daily of Tonic III per pound of body weight, or roughly one-third the dosage level of Tonic I.

--- (4) WHICH IS THE BEST INTERNAL PRODUCT? ---

There isn't one. If there were, we would drop the other products and stick to just one winner.
We have testimonial letters where the pet owner swore by Centreforce Capsules, and other letters where the owner indicated that Centreforce Tonic was the better product. This should surprise no one remotely familiar with pharmacology, or the narrower field to which we devote our attention: phytopharmacology. Any PDR (Physician's Desk Reference) contains many alternative medications, so that if one does not work, the physician has therapeutic choices for his particular patient's need. The same goes for supplement products
Based on our most recent information, we are recommending Centreforce Capsules or Tonic first -- and then we are shipping Centreforce Tonic III if, for whatever reason, the original product fails to provide the intended result.

THE BLACK SALVE

The black salve is an ancient native American ointment used to remove tumors, yeasts and other fungi, and some other infections from the body.  Its color is due to its content of bloodroot, a jet black herb.   It also contains a little of several other herbs and usually contains zinc, as well.

This amazing remedy works well, and is inexpensive and non-toxic.  However, it causes some reddening and perhaps short-term aching at the site where it is applied. Use it carefully, and follow the directions exactly, as it is  a powerful remedy, and can be somewhat irritating.

Nutritional balancing science does not use remedies very much.  However, most people are not healthy enough to heal their cancers and some other infections by themselves.  So in these cases, selected remedies are extremely useful, and the native American black salve is one of these.

HOW BLACK SALVE WORKS

Any or all of the following may help produce the excellent results that often occur with black salve:

1. The salve is easily absorbed through the skin.

2. It kills many types of infections.  How this is done is discussed below, as at least ten mechanisms are involved.  It works well on all trophoblast, which is the basis for all true cancers.

It also works on all pre-cancerous lesions if they are truly pre-cancerous.  Sometimes doctors’ diagnoses are wrong about this, so beware of this problem.  It also works on many bacterial, viral and fungal infections.

It does not work on most parasites, such as amoebas, nor can it be used to disinfect tissue.  It only works on living tissue, not on just any surface, as does a disinfectant such as hydrogen peroxide.

3. It draws infected and usually dead tissue toward the surface of the body, wherever the salve has been applied. This is quite an amazing process, and occurs magnetically, apparently.  That is, there is a magnetic attraction of the tissue to the salve application site.  That is all I know about this mechanism at this time.

For example, if you apply it to your chest, the infection or tumor tissue will be drawn to the area of the chest where the salve was applied.  If you eat a little of the salve, which is okay, the tumor or infection will be drawn into the stomach, primarily, and then digested there.  It may be drawn into the small intestine to some degree as well, where it is also digested.

4. The salve soothes the tissues, avoiding excessive inflammation. This is very important, as removing infection and some other tissues can cause a lot of irritation.  However, something in the salve seems to prevent this.  A small amount of irritation can occur, however, and once in a while the salve’s work actually causes some pain, which is not due to its action on an infection, but rather on its effect upon surrounding tissues and structures.  Usually this is not a problem.  If it is, a simple pain killer will usually work to reduce it.

5. The salve seems to move energy downward through the body.  This is very healing in its own right.  To read about this, read Downward Moving Energy And Healing.

6. The salve can raise the sodium/potassium ratio in the local area where it is applied.  This assists the healing of all infections, and tends to have an anti-cancer effect, as well.

Black salve contains a manganese compound, which raises the ratio.  It also contains some copper and zinc.  This combination is found in the product called Limcomin, which is used in nutritional balancing science to raise the sodium/potassium ratio.  It also contains a small amount of vitamins A and C, also found in Limcomin.

7. The black salve is definitely a yang remedy.  This means its action tends to be warming, drying and contracting.  More yang remedies are often dark in color, and usually work very well today.

In contrast, yin remedies such as most herbs, high-dose vitamin vitamin C, other vitamins, homeopathy and others are often less effective today than in the past, and perhaps less safe, as well.  They are often safer than many medical drugs, however, which are also quite yin.

MECHANISMS FOR KILLING INFECTIONS AND CANCER

Black salve is interesting for a number of reasons.  One is the many ways that it uses to get rid of a wide variety of infections, and most tumors, as well:

1. A magnetic effect of manganese, which gives the salve its black color, and kills some infections outright.  Magnetism is a very complex healing science.  It is done safely with black salve.  I do not recommend it otherwise because it is difficult to do well and safely.  However, using black salve it is easy and quite safe.

2. Compounds of colloidal silver, copper and gold found in the salve.  Some are of these are there naturally, while others may be added in tiny quantity in certain herbs.  Silver and copper, for example, are excellent germ killers in their own right.

The salve may move some copper and silver to the infection site, as some antibiotics also do such as erythromycin.

3. It seems to signal the body to withdraw some iron from the blood and substitute more copper in the blood.  This is a common mechanism the body uses often to kill infections of many kinds.  Iron favors infection, while bioavailable copper tends to have a more anti-infective effect.

4. It appears to increase circulation, oxygenation and even hydration of the nearby tissues.  All of these are helpful for fighting infection.

5. It may cause an increased allergic response.  This is a histamine response, and important to open up the infection site in order to promote infection-fighting.

6. It releases some hydrogen peroxide at the infection site.  This is another common way the body fights infections.

7. Cord effects.  This means that it may affect the so-called silver cord that connects our bodies with our spirit self, an aspect of the soul.  This is quite unusual, and I do not understand it well.

8. Other, more esoteric effects.  These have to do with the beings who work with the herbs contained in the salve.  Each plant on earth has beings that assist its growth and nurture the plant.  Some people call these beings elementals.  I do not understand this well, but I believe it is an important factor in the beneficial effects of the salve.

NOTES REGARDING THE USE OF BLACK SALVE

Cancers.  Black salve is often helpful to remove tumors anywhere on the body.  Do not use it on the testicles, vaginal area or the nipples, as it can be very irritating there.  In these cases, take it internally only.

It can be tried for advanced cancers, though it must be used aggressively in these cases, and with a nutritional balancing program, in all cases.  I do not suggest it for advanced cancers, but it may help, without a doubt.

Pre-cancerous moles and other skin lesions.

Infections.  It can be used for some infections, particularly fungal, bacterial and perhaps others. It has helped anal fissures and fistulas, toothaches, and many types of infections of all kinds.  It is usually worth a try, as it does no harm and is not costly.

TAKEN INTERNALLY AS PART OF A NUTRITIONAL BALANCING PROGRAM

This is a very new use for the black salve.  Eliminating often dozens of infections is an essential part of all nutritional balancing programs.  Particularly in people who are plagued with infections of various kinds, taking about 1/8 of a teaspoon of black salve by mouth about once a week to once a month may speed up the healing process.  I am researching this interesting use of the black salve.

HOW TO USE BLACK SALVE

This is usually described in the insert that comes with the product.  However, here are basic directions:

Topical use:  One should at least wash the area vigorously with water, or better yet, stick a pin in the mole or scratch the surface of a mole, skin cancer or infected area to assist absorption of the product.

Then apply the salve, placing a small quantity totally covering the affected area, and just a little around it on all sides.  Do not use too much, as it is wasteful and not necessary.  However, be sure to cover the edges completely for best effect.

Now place a Band-aid or other loose bandage on top of the salve and leave it alone for 12 to 24 hours.  Do not get water on the area, if at all possible, as it can wash the salve off too soon.

After 12 to 24 hours, take off the bandage and wash off the salve.  Usually, it will leave a greenish, rather ugly area on the skin.  This is to be expected and is not a problem.  Do not leave the black salve on longer than 24 hours, as it will start to just irritate the skin and is not helpful at all.

With the bandage off, clean the area with regular 3% hydrogen peroxide.  If the area foams up a lot when you place hydrogen peroxide on it, it means it is drawing out more toxic tissue, and that is all.  It is not a problem.

With the area clean and disinfected, cover it again with a new bandage.  Repeat the cleaning process about once daily to keep the area clean and disinfected while it heals.

In most cases, in about 7 to 10 days, the mole or tumor will drop off, leaving a small hole which will fill in by itself in a few weeks.  The area may be discolored slightly, and this also goes away in time.

You may feel a drawing sensation, swelling, stiffness or inflammation at the affected site.  This usually goes away within a week.

Once again, do not use the black salve on the testicles, vaginal or nipple area.  It will burn a lot.

Internal use:  Take about 1/8 of a teaspoon by mouth, 10-15 minutes away from all food and drink before and afterwards.  It tastes a bit foul but not too bad.  Just swallow it.  Do not chase it with a lot of water, if possible.  Use as little water as possible.

After taking the black salve by mouth, if possible, lay down and rest for about half an hour.  This will allow the salve to properly go into action in the stomach with less interference.

You can repeat the procedure between once a week and once a month only.  This is very important.  More is not better!

Internal use by mouth is used for internal cancers that are far away from the body surface.  However, it is also excellent for all systemic infections of all kinds.  The salve uses the stomach, a central organ, to move the infection toxins there, where they are naturally digested by the body.

For cancers and moles inside the mouth: Depending on the location of the growth, you may be able to stuff a large cotton ball in the area of the mouth to hold the salve in place.  If not, it may be necessary to rest in bed for 12 hours to keep the salve in place.

Eyes: It is not recommended in the eyes.  It can be used around the eyes, however.

Inside the vagina or rectum.  These areas may be very sensitive.  I would try a tiny amount first to be sure you can handle it.  Inside these areas, you will have to find a way to keep the salve in place, such as with a cotton ball.  You may have to rest in bed for 12 hours.  An alternative is to take the salve by mouth for cancers in these areas.  This should work, but will be slower in its effect.

Sources for black salve.  There are a number of websites, including TigerX, (one of the best), or Two Feathers, or BestOnEarth Products.  These are available on the internet and at some health food outlets.

CARE OF YOUR BLACK SALVE

Keep your black salve preferably in a cool, dry, dark, safe location near where you sleep.  Keep the cover on tightly.  It will last for years this way without losing its potency.

If the salve dries out, rejuvenate it by adding a drop or two of only open water or Ice Age Glacial Spring water.  If these are not available, add a drop of fresh spring water.  Never use distilled water.  If you should do this by accident, put the salve in the sun for 1 hour at noon in the summer and hopefully it will be restored.

Cancer Salves, A Botanical Approach To Treatment by Ingrid Naiman

How To Use Black Salve:

**Please Note**much of the info below was received from Alpha Omega Labs, a company that sold black salve under the commercial name "Cansema" which was very successful in treating skin cancers before the FDA shut them down. There are a select few quality black salves that are still on the market today, like those found at: http://www.bestonearthproducts.com

Article here I copied from
http://www.blacksalveinfo.com/instrbs.htm

As Alpha Omega Labs stated, the products found at risingsunhealth.com and bloodrootproducts.com are NOT quality salves and are a waste of money, like many others being marketed as true black salves. As with any ailment, it is important to seek out the advice and treatment of a qualified physician. This site is purely for educational purposes. Information found in this site is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Many of the comments found on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA, FTC, AMA or any other US government regulatory agency. Please read ALL of the following information for better understanding of the process!

The medical definition of "cure" is the non-reoccurrence of pathology within five years after treatment. By the very definition used by orthodox medicine, black salve is empirically a proven cure for skin cancer for the majority of those who use the product according to our instructions.

After Reading ALL of the directions below FIRST, you will want to watch the first video on this page:

http://blacksalveinfo.com/blacksalvemov.htm

1. PREPARATION
First, as stated earlier, the user may want to have a biopsy or other diagnostic procedure performed to ascertain whether or not there is, in fact, skin cancer.
Many people, on the observation that they have a "mole" or similar skin marking that is growing and getting darker, have elected to use black salves anyway. After all, black salve is selective in its action and will only "go after" neoplastic (cancerous) tissue. Healthy tissue will only redden and become mildly irritated when black salves is applied. This decision is entirely at the discretion of the user; there is no danger, toxic or otherwise, of applying black salves to healthy tissue, although doing so is simply a waste of the product.

In addition, if you are targeting more than one growth, do one at a time and never apply to a spot larger than a USA quarter.

2. APPLICATION
Black salve comes in a 1/2 oz. container.

(In fact, if you feel "nothing" after three to six hours, it is most likely that nothing more will happen: Black salve has failed to come into direct contact with the cancer or there is no cancer present. If after 24 hours there is no burning, stinging or pulling sensation, you will want to remove the Black salve, follow the suggestions below in steps 2A, then  reapply, repeating this process, until the Black salve can reach and "grab" the underlying aberrant growth.) If the black salve takes hold and causes a burning, stinging or pulling sensation, then let the rest of the process play out..DO NOT WASH THE SALVE OFF, LET IT BECOME PART OF THE ESCHAR/SCAB THAT FORMS!  In some cases, there is a burning sensation with larger lesions (larger than a USA dime, so it is important to have ibuprofen, or other non-prescription pain killer, available during the process. Note: the moment the eschar falls out, usually within 7-14 days of the initial application, the pain will immediately stop! Areas larger than a square centimeter (or bigger than a U.S. "dime") may require even stronger analgesics, which, being prescription, will require the services of a cooperative physician.

Otherwise, observing good "pain management" may require that the cancer be "taken out in stages." This involves applying a small amount to the edge of the growth, waiting for the sensations to die down as the eschar process begins, and then repeating this process on an adjacent area of skin until the entire area has been covered.

It has transdermal properties (i.e. skin penetrating ability) However, a couple of simple tricks can also speed up the process and/or reduce the number of applications required to "reach" a skin cancer that is well below the epidermis. Most people don't need these techniques if the skin cancer is close to the skin surface. We recommend that these "tricks of the trade" only be used if an initial application does not produce results - which turns out to be a minority of cases.

2A. "Deep Loufah Wash" - Many people use a loofah sponge to rigorously wash and prepare the skin before applying Black salve Salve. This serves to remove some of the dead cells in the top layer of the epidermis (the stratum corneum), so that Black salve has less tissue through which to travel to get to the underlying cancer.

"Needle Points" - This technique is more effective, but more invasive. It involves taking a sterilized needle and carefully making holes in the skin - about a sixteenth to eighth inch deep, very much as an acupuncturist would - except that the needle is removed as soon as the holes usually spaced about a quarter-inch apart. Following the creation of the "skin holes," Black Salve is then (re)applied. We recommend that this technique be used by practitioners and not end users. We also advise that practitioners prep the area by rubbing peroxide (3-6%) into the freshly "pricked" skin before Black salve is (re)applied.

3. MANAGING THE ESCHAR
After 24 hours remove the bandage. Using hydrogen peroxide (H2O2 - 3%, available in most drug stores) and a Q-Tip, very lightly go over the border of the lesion, removing any organic debris (i.e. puss, serous fluid, etc.) If a full pus formation is not evident or is incomplete, repeat step 2 and leave the new application on for an additional 24 hours before proceeding. Normally one application is sufficient for small tumors (the size of a pencil eraser), but no more than three applications are required for larger tumors. There are instances, however, when repeated applications of Black salve are required because of "accessibility" problems - although this can be limited using the techniques cited in the preceding section. In order to initiate the escharization process, however, and begin killing the cancer, it is vital that Black salve be able to penetrate and reach the subject site. This can take multiple (three or more) applications, though one to two applications is more common.

After the eschar has formed, keep it well protected. Once the scab has formed, you should apply the After Care Cream and continue to use until spot is completely healed. This product will insure the scaring is minimal and keep the scab moist. Normally the bandage can be left on for a period of 10 days: however, in advanced cases there is considerable "drainage," that is, a steady emission of pus. In the sense that Black salve kills the cancer cells and takes certain leukocytes (defending white blood corpuscles) with it in the process of eliminating the neoplasm, it is a supportive agent: that is, drainage should not be viewed as abnormal. The range of possible response is very little pus and only one bandage ever required, to a regular change of bandages required in the case of advanced melanomas. Your case will be somewhere in-between.

4. REMOVING THE ESCHAR
The eschar itself represents the death of the neoplasm, and this occurs shortly after application. Everything that follows is the body's own reparative responses. From here on out, the body knows exactly what to do and wastes no time doing it. However, to us the days and weeks that follow may seem lengthy. The next stage is the removal of the eschar, or scab. This usually happens within 10-14 days after initial application, unless the case is advanced and/or cancer(s) cover a large area of the body. As with any scab, let it fall out when it is ready. DO NOT PULL IT OUT prematurely, if you remove the eschar prematurely, you further risk developing scar tissue and the cancer root will be left behind to spread.

5. DECAVITATION & "HEALING OVER"
After the eschar comes out, the pit or "decavitation" can look raw and unsightly. You need to wipe out the healthy pink crater tissue with peroxide, then look for any embedded white spot(s) in the healthy tissue.  If you see any such spot(s), these are cancer roots and you need to immediately cover the white spot(s) only in the crater with more black salve and let the process begin again.  If no white spot(s) is/are present, keep the crater covered and there will be no threat of secondary infection. Continue to apply the
After Care Cream twice daily to the area until it is fully healed over and level with the surrounding skin. If you work in an area that is less than clean, however, you might want to have hydrogen peroxide (available in any good drug store) handy and apply it liberally to the site once a day to kill any invasive germs.
Over a period of a few months, or in some cases two years, the entire area will be healed with only some "depigmentation" or scar tissue. The result is rarely more unsightly or unaesthetic than if surgery had been chosen instead.

Only in rare conditions does the cancer "come back" to the area applied, unless there is underlying metastasis. To be sure that the area is clear of cancer, many users elect to initiate a second, or even third, application after they get to the "heal over" stage. We take a dim view to doing this indiscriminately because the risk of scarring is increased with each new re-application. However, with particularly aggressive forms of cancer, such as melanoma, a user may want to weigh the potential advantages of re-application, particularly if the initial cancer is located somewhere on the body that is not usually aesthetically sensitive or viewed in public (i.e. on the back, upper leg, etc.). None of this should be taken as a substitute for using some of the better cancer marker tests that are now available from qualified, licensed physicians. In other words, if you don't need more than one application, why do it.

Remember, you may need to repeat this process if the skin cancer is sufficiently extensive such that residual cancer cells have been left behind after you finish your first "cycle." (Although, this same admonition would exist if you had your skin cancer surgically removed.) To be on the side of caution, have your health care practitioner check the site to see if there is any remaining cancer. There are excellent antigen marker tests that your physician can utilize to determine if you have a "clean bill of health."
