Satan at work

This page is different because it sets the scene for two Kingdoms.

  • God’s Kingdom. Kingdom of God.

  • Satan’s Kingdom. The Beast in Revelation. Beast Satan’s Kingdom, Satan a person is Ruler of, and the Beast is the house, inside are followers immersed in Harlot and Babylon

  • Kingdom of God is well catered on my Web sites and particularly.

  • This Site God’s Traits. God’s Traits and articles on the traits

  • You Must Repent  Evangelism,  Videos Teaching Singing

  • Revelation You Can Understand.  Study while I was recuperating from surgery

  • ………………………………………………….

We see Satan  at work today. Three articles I have put down this page. I believe should be sufficient for the World Nations to understand there is a evil here which needs to be cut out. The beheading is horrific and the women whose letter is also here gives a picture of Satan at work, turning peoples lives into misery and fear.

There is a lot of miss-information concerning Satan and his Kingdom and so I will share with you as I see things concerning the dark side of God’s Kingdom

I will now talk about Satan  where he came from, and how he came into the world

I am faced with the position most people do not believe what I am saying, they do not believe about God and Jesus Christ, and the invite for people to come to the living water, that has no price.  People are rejecting the living God who created the world.

So what I am going to say now will definitely not be accepted. or am I wrong.

I wonder!

Let’s start.

Right now, 2014  is the era of grace where the harvest is ready, and we see it all over the world as millions of people accept the invite given in the wonderful Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The interesting question is, why is the harvest is Ready?

Jesus himself said the house cannot be pillaged until the strong man is bound. That bounding the man, Satan  fits in Revelation chapter 20. Bound for a thousand years. The period 1000 years is a period of time, not an actual 1000 years. Many Theologians and Denominations, Churches, Teachers do not accept what I have said about the thousand years. I am happy to say many people in the Religious World agree with me. So millions of people are going into the Kingdom of God because Satan has been bound for a thousand years and after the era of grace ends Satan is let out and not bound as the final battle occurs and when all things the God’s Word talks about happens.

Finally the end has come. The Kingdom of God is completed.

We have just discussed what is happening now, but we do need to talk about where Satan came from.

 Let’s go.

Take out the magical and use common sense, we have the Earth, that which we see around us and we have a Kingdom of God a real place and Satan’s world which is on our earth. Satan has no place except the world we see here on the earth. We cannot see Satan except what we see happening  around us, which is the Darkness, Evil around us. We know about Satan through our Christian Bible. I need to  add,  if you do not believe a God exist you will also not believe about Satan. Revelation tells us about Satan and other places and if you do the research you can find out about Satan’s world. So you can believe or not believe what I am saying and what I talk about is in our Bible

In the beginning Satan was the chief Angels and he add access to God because he lived there. One day maybe billions of years ago Satan decided that he was going to take over from God. So he attempted a coup, a takeover with a third of the angels supporting him. But Satan lost the battle and he and his angels were tossed out of heaven and landed here on the earth.

So Satan we know is the adversary of God and he is doing what he can to destroy God’s Work.

How long Satan was on the earth we do not know, but it must show us that God created the Heaven and the earth so sometime after God’s creation did Satan tried to takeover from God, which means our Scientists I believe are correct in saying the Universe, earth billions of years age.

So Satan turns up when Adam and Eve were made.  Our original parents  somehow Satan, Lucifer, the Serpent convinced them to disobey God there were catastrophic consequences and the entire world went into decay, corruption and even our own nature, our being, soul was corrupted. Proof of our own corruption is how be behave on the earth here and how we hurt each other and killing each other has a special mention because peoples blood flows like a river all over the earth.

In Job we see Job was righteous before God and Satan turned up and said to God the only reason Job did the right things was that God was helping him so that bad things would not happen. So God gave Satan the ability to hurt Job and family and finally Job’s health was affected. Job did not turn his back on God as his world fell apart. No doubt if Satan had the ability he would have completely destroyed Job to make a point, so that God would see Job had no integrity for God. But Job refused to allow his circumstances cause him to blaspheme God.

Another major event that was going to change history was the birth of Jesus Christ and here we have a important insight how Satan tried to destroy Jesus’s Birth, and after he failed he then had Jesus  killed, so no doubt he though he was a winner, but God raised Jesus from the grave and Satan also had his followers persecuted and killed. This is Revelation chapter 12. A window how Satan works in the world.

Because we have a window how Satan’s works we know  today 2014 Satan’s helpers are busy trying to destroy God’s work and there are three issues.

  • To destroy God’s Prophesies. Destroy God’s Kingdom
  • To destroy God’ people while they are on the earth.
  • To destroy God  so that he could accomplish what happened in the beginning where he lost out when he tried to take God’s place.

We are told when Jesus Christ died on the cross and was raised from the dead God’s work was finished. Through the cross victory was claimed and because Jesus was willing to let himself be the Sacrificed and his blood was shed God had found a way for us on the earth to be able to be in the Kingdom of God, and Satan was defeated.

It is interesting to see the prophesy in the Old Testament and the New Testament  that shows God’s work through Jesus Christ is completely finished and we have our place in Paradise the Kingdom of God. Yet as we know history is still to happen because we are living our lives and we know our future children will also live their lives in the future. God knows the end at the beginning so in a sense history has is finished.

So what is Satan trying to do?

It should be obvious to the reader that what ever God has done and has said, Satan is still determined to destroy God and his people which is us and other people who have not recognised God to not accept the wonderful Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We are told to be on guard because Satan is a Roaring Lion trying to tear us apart. This Satan trying to hurt us is important to realise and this fact should bring us closer to Jesus Christ and his Word so that we are not enslaved. We are now free, but if we are get off guard we could be enslaved again which does happen to a lot of people.

So Satan has plenty of helpers and we see it all over the world.

“You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies”  NIV.
Jesus was talking about the Religious Jewish Leaders so today we see a similar situation many people on the earth 2014 are in fact children of Satan and that is why they do the most horrific acts of cruelty.

What is unfortunate is that Satan is not stupid so his place in the world’s affairs is kept hidden.

I will not use texts from the Bible to make my point, but you can look at the concepts I say and if you use Google the sources and Bible texts will be found.

More to come

There is a lot of miss-information concerning Satan and his Kingdom and so I will share with you as I see things concerning the dark side of God’s Kingdom

At the bottom

Horror, Misery, belongs to those who serve Satan, Lucifer, The SerpentAgony, horror, misery, murder, nightmare, torment, torture, affliction, agony, anguish, excruciation, hurt, misery, pain, rack, strait(s), torment, torture, travail, tribulation, woe.

  • Satan says, he is not a lier, a deceiver,
  • Satan says, and tells you things are ok
  • Satan says, God’s love is such, there is no need to listen to God.
  • Satan says, you have plenty of time.
  • Satan says, you can live the way you want to.
  • Satan says, do not listen to Evangelists about Jesus’s Gospel. Rubbish!!
  • Satan says, do not listen to Hendrik de Jong.
  • Satan says, I am right, so listen to me and live your life.

Even though Bible Revelation chapter 20 says I lose the battle, God wins and I and others are tossed into the Lake of Fire. Lake of fire is a metaphor so if you follow me you will have a good life after you leave this world. You have been faithful doing what I want you to do, you had a good life. So trust me, says Satan.

Let us now contrast God and God’s Kingdom. That is the Kingdom of God.

  • God is the opposite to Satan. Light God, Darkness Satan.
  • Gods Traits are this. Pure, Peaceable, Gentle, Kind, Mercy, Open to Reason, Goodness, Compassion, Cares about you, No uncertainty, no insincerity,  Kindness and the list can go on.
  • God’s Word is reliable and what God says happens.
  • God cares about every person that has been born, died and are living today.
  • God is a great King and he rules in his Kingdom. called Kingdom of God.
  • God cannot look on sin and do evil things.
  • God is a place of Righteousness and the only way God could let us  go into his Kingdom was unless our sins were removed before we die.
  • God accomplished this but had to let his own son Jesus Christ be crucified and his son’s blood was shed for us. Jesus died for us so that we can live in God’s Kingdom.
  • God has given his son the authority to give us our sins. The requirement is that we have to go to his son Jesus Christ and if we do and confess our sins our sins are forgiven and we are then in God’s Kingdom now and when we die we go home.
  • God has said, there is no other way to get into the Kingdom of God. My son Jesus Christ is the door.
  • God sacrificed his only son and when he his son was killed God raised him from the dead and now Jesus is reigning Heaven, Earth and finally the people who make up the Kingdom of God, those from the earth, finally the Kingdom will be completed.
  • God has shown us in Revelation, there is a time when every thing God Word talks about is done.
  • So this is the end.
  • All left is God’s Kingdom

Obama urges action on Isis cancer in wake of killing … more below.

We have seen what mankind is capable of doing. I am not going to talk about the three articles as a whole because they speak for them selves.

The President in America knows as we all know the only country that can curb the terror around the world is USA, America. Even though many people will not give the living God I serve as the reason Americas power I know, it has happened because God has made America great. In spite of its shortcomings America does stand for Good and the help is there because of the millions of true Christians living in America. Many people almost curse what I have said.

Obamas in his message said

No just god would stand for what they did yesterday and what they do every single day.” I can add even more using history because God does not use our time and it is true all through history mankind  has given the worlds citizens, Agony, horror, misery, murder, nightmare, torment, torture, affliction, agony, anguish, excruciation, hurt, misery, pain, rack, strait(s), torment, torture, travail, tribulation, woe. Blood is shed every day. Mankind killing people every minute of the day.
This is mankind choosing to do this to each other, causing misery to each other. Mankind can choose traits such as
Pure, Peaceable, Gentle, Kind, Mercy, Open to Reason, Goodness, Compassion, Cares about you, No uncertainty, no insincerity,  Kindness and the list can go on. or manking has chosen,  decided deliberately to not go the way mentioned earlier so choose No Pureness, Not Peaceable, Not Gentle, No Kindness, No  Mercy, Not open to Reason, No Goodness, No Compassion, Does not Care about you, No certainty, No Sincerity,

In commenting Obama’s statement  No just god would stand for what they did yesterday and what they do every single day.”  God does not release mankind from the killing it does over time. Every person who dies arrives before the living God and they will give an account to God on what they did in the body on the earth and also mankind itself is judged for what it has done and we reach the time when mankind in fact destroys its own earth. See more and we see in Revelation chapter 18 where mankind falls over, people, mankind, commerce,  nations, country and God judges mankind for all the blood that has been shed his  people, Christians and God judges mankind for all the blood it has shed of people from the beginning of the earth to the end.
So there is simply a misunderstanding. God has said do not kill. But people, mankind choses to disobey God and kill people. So that is the case today so at the moment mankind is doing what it wants, but God has warned mankind that they will be brought to account. And that is exactly what happens.

The big question of course is that people say, ” No true God would allow the killing to happen and seeing it happens it proves there is no God”

Once again mankind, people,  does not recognise God at all, if we know God at all, we begin to realise the greatest  kindness is that God does not force us to believe he exists. God has given us the choice to listen to him or not. Unfortunately people, mankind lean towards hurting themselves, and finally they destroy their own earth.

God who is about the wonderful traits we discuss above. I invite you to be part of God’s Kingdom Jesus Christ has an invite for you.

tPure, Peaceable, Gentle, Kind, Mercy, Open to Reason, Goodness, Compassion, Cares about you, No uncertainty, no insincerity,  Kindness and the list can go on. or you could decide to not go the way mentioned earlier No Pureness, Not Peaceable, Not Gentle, No Kindness, No  Mercy, Not open to Reason, No Goodness, No Compassion, Does not Care about you, No certainty, No Sincerity,

, Jesus would clearly be saying stop the misery of your people and stop killing. Mankind has managed to put us and others, when in fact we are simply people who are living on the earth and God has simply given us a way to live in peace on the earth.

Best wishes for your future

Since Islamic State swept into Mosul, we live encircled by its dark fear

Those of us who remain trapped in our once vibrant city have been plunged back into the dark ages by Isis, with no way out
‘Questions haunt us. What is our future? Will the Iraq government and the international community come to save us?’ Photograph: Maria de la Guardia/Barcroft M
My days have started with the same conversation for the past two months. One of my brothers asks: “Shall we check which roads are clear today?” Then the whole family begins to weigh up the risks of staying in Mosul or getting out before we are forced fully back into the stone age. We talk about it around the breakfast table, or as we sit in our living room, eyes glued to the television hoping that news of government formation in Baghdad or decisions in London or Washington to bomb means our nightmare will end. But every day it becomes clearer: our fate is not in our hands.Since the fighters of Islamic State (Isis) swept into our city on 10 June, we have been living in a state of fear and limbo – fear of the brutality of Isis, and in limbo not knowing when, or if, the Iraqi government or international forces will push them out. Half a million people escaped on foot or by car in the first 48 hours, but more than a million of us remain. All the main roads in and out are controlled by Isis. Trying to leave would mean crossing two of their checkpoints, where they can determine your fate. What is guaranteed is they will take anything precious in money or gold. They want you to leave with only the clothes on your back. I have already packed a suitcase of all my old photographs and letters. I could not bear to leave those behind. But for now there is no leaving. The roads are too dangerous and my elderly diabetic father could not make it off road. We also hear rumours about Kurdish authorities not allowing young men through their checkpoints for fear they are Isis fighters in disguise. We cannot leave my brothers behind. We are in this together as a family.I have had little interaction with Isis fighters – and plan to keep it that way if I can. But those I’ve seen on the streets of Mosul do not look like Iraqis. My brother has spoken to Moroccans, Afghans and Chechens at various checkpoints. They claim they are our “brothers”, but we will never accept them as such.

So I remain indoors to avoid them. The days are long and hot, with temperatures reaching 48C. The nights are worse.

I was born and raised in this city. Today it feels alien. I have worked all my life to be educated and enlightened, completed my BA and masters, and was close to completing my postgraduate studies when Isis struck. We had 40 students taking postgraduate classes, more than half female. From next month we will be barred from attending the university. All this education just to be forced back to the dark ages and a time of slavery by men with guns.

As women we must now also cover our faces – something I could have never imagined being imposed on me. We are no longer allowed to leave home without a male guardian. Men are expected to grow their beards. Never in the history of Iraq have we had such draconian laws. My one and only visit to the university came after Eid. That morning, I put on the abaya for the first time but I went in without covering my face. I met some friends and we joked nervously while an air of sadness hung around us. I have stopped worrying about the possibility of air strikes against Isis and the inevitable bombs falling on civilians. All I am fixated on is this face-covering that haunts me even in my sleep.

We hear of women taken by force by Isis men to become their “wives”. That is the biggest fear: that one day these faceless and nameless men will barge into our home and take me or one of my sisters. We don’t speak about it, as though speaking of our greatest fear may tempt fate. Then there are the rumours of young men being taken by force to join the ranks of Isis, of female genital mutilation, of “slave girls” sold in markets.

I have not seen or known anyone suffer such a terrible fate, but it is enough to instil crippling fear in our hearts; that is what Isis wants. Then there are the other reports of young brave men attacking Isis fighters, of the Iraqi army preparing an onslaught. These stories, true or not, allow us a fleeting moment of hope.

A jolt of reality hit me at the end of Ramadan when I went with my mother to buy an abaya and khimar (the face-cover for women). It was surreal to ask the shop owner, a man we had known for years, for khimars only to be told they had sold out – as if the face-cover had become the hottest fashion item. Like many things in Mosul these days, a farcical reminder of how absurd our reality has become.

What the shop did have was the khimar for little girls; yes, girls as young as 11 now have to cover their faces. A woman was there to buy her daughters their new “uniform” and both were crying hysterically, tugging at the ghastly black cloth to no avail. Their crying still rings in my ears.

The horrors of Isis are coupled with the mundane. Being under self-imposed house arrest, with many friends leaving the city and no expectations of going back to work or university, boredom encircles you. The mind-numbing routine of planning life around electricity cuts is not new. Under Saddam Hussein we lived with daily power cuts. These days we consider ourselves lucky with two or three hours of electricity. Groceries are bought from mule-drawn carts going door to door; a sight I never saw growing up in this once vibrant city. And yet all this pales in significance to the dark fear Isis has brought with it to Mosul.

Questions haunt us. What is our future? Will the Iraq government and the international community come to save us? Isis is forcing us either to go back to the dark ages or to leave. But for now, it is time to go back to finding out the latest news on the roads out.

‘Live bravely, and with passion': Town remembers James Foley

For nearly 21 months after James Foley’s capture in Syria in late 2012, his family held out hope for his safe return, keeping faith that they would never see a day like Sunday, with a Mass in his memory. After all, the courageous photojournalist seemed to have nine lives as he reported from the most dangerous conflict zones around the world, his parents recalled last week. Once before, he had made it home safely: from Libya after being held in captivity there for 44 days. But Foley’s brutal killing by Islamic State militants in a beheading that was released on video last week brought his family, friends and neighbors together here in his hometown for a Roman Catholic Mass of healing, hope and peace.

As the close-knit parish tried to come to terms with what happened, the central theme of Sunday’s service was forgiveness — even for Foley’s captors.

Every seat was filled for the Sunday afternoon service at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary in Rochester. Foley’s parents, Diane and John Foley, sat side by side in one of the first pews. Many parishioners stood, filling the long side aisles to the candlelit altar.

On their way in, mourners passed large black-and-white photographs of the journalist, wearing his ever-present sunglasses and training his camera on war-torn streets of Libya and Syria. Some people clutched cards bearing his image above the Prayer of St. Francis.

In his homily, the bishop of Manchester, the Most Rev. Peter A. Libasci, urged mourners to focus on the verses: “Lord make me an instrument of your peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon.”

Libasci asked the congregation to remember that Foley lived his life in St. Francis’ example.

Some mourners wept as Libasci emphasized the prayer’s final lines: “It is in pardoning that we are pardoned and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.”

Libasci noted that many close to Foley may be doubting their faith at this moment. He urged them to remember Foley’s “gifts to the world” as a journalist and spoke of his death as a sacrifice to that mission.

“In a special way today, we are challenged to be mindful of needs of others,” Libasci said. “We are challenged to be true to our faith, especially when most challenged to doubt. We are challenged to see the world through a different lens. To hear the world’s voice as the voices of individuals, people, children, mothers, fathers. We are challenged to hear the cries that are a world away.”

Foley’s desire to shed light on the suffering of war-torn regions should inspire others to “live bravely, and with passion, the life of a true child of God,” he said.

“Jim went back again [to Syria] so that we might open our eyes,” Libasci said. He prayed for peace for Foley and “this fragile world.”

Offering words of comfort to Foley’s mother and father, Libasci reminded them of the blessings they received at James Foley’s baptism, and how the priest had prayed at that time that they would “see hope of eternal life shine on this child.”

“Rarely do we recall those words, but I bring them to mind for you, as they are more poignant and prophetic,” he said.

Mourners sang “Amazing Grace” and the communion hymn “How Great Thou Art.”

Then Diane and John Foley stood briefly at the front of the church and thanked the members of the congregation for their support and prayers.

“Thank you for loving Jim,” Diane Foley said. Everyone in the audience rose and met them with sustained applause.

At the end of the service, the congregation also prayed for the remaining hostages in the region, including Foley’s fellow captive Steven Sotloff — who was threatened on the video of Foley’s slaying — and “those in unjust captivity around the world.” They also prayed for Foley’s “legacy of love” to continue.

Earlier Sunday, the British ambassador to the United States told NBC’s “Meet the Press” that intelligence officials were closing in on the identity of the militant with the British accent who killed Foley. “We’re not in a position to say exactly who this is,” Peter Westmacott said. “I think we are close.”

Foley’s family and friends plan a more formal funeral on his birthday, Oct. 18, in part to give his friends from around the world the opportunity to attend. Foley’s parents spoke at length to reporters during a news conference last week, but declined interviews Sunday. None of his friends or family members gave formal remarks during the traditional Catholic Mass.

Mourners waited in a long line after the service to speak with Diane and John Foley, who greeted them with smiles and hugs.

“They’ve been a profile in courage,” said James Page, a family friend from Deerfield, N.H. “I think his family could probably forgive the killer, which is hard to believe, but I think they’re that sort of people. If it meant forgiveness to bring people together, they would be the first ones to do that.”

Kassandra Belcher of Milton, who cut James Foley’s hair throughout his life, said the service had reflected the spirit of a “very faithful, prayerful, community-oriented” family and helped begin the healing process.

“A lot of us have been reading from the Bible and just trying to get our strength to go on as a community,” Belcher said.

At times, Foley’s father seemed to be the one comforting those who came to greet him. “Jimmy is free now,” John Foley told one couple with a smile. “He’s at peace.”

Isis video shows beheading of Kurdish fighter

The video, titled ‘A message in blood to the leaders of the American-Kurdish alliance’, follows air strikes in northern Iraq

The jihadi Islamic State (Isis) group has posted a video of the beheading of a captured Kurdish fighter, in a warning to Iraqi Kurdish leaders to end military cooperation with Washington, a monitoring group has said. The video, titled “A message in blood to the leaders of the American-Kurdish alliance”, opens with 15 men in orange jumpsuits standing around the Isis flag.Three of the men ask the Kurdish regional president, Massud Barzani, “and the Kurdish government to end their relationship with the US … military intervention in northern Iraq“, the SITE Intelligence Group monitoring service said.”Any mistake or recklessness from you will lead to the [loss] of our life,” SITE quoted one of the men as saying. The video then cuts to three masked men dressed in black standing in front of a mosque with another man wearing an orange jumpsuit kneeling in front of them. They then behead him.

The United States has carried out a wave of air strikes against the jihadis in northern Iraq, helping Kurdish forces to claw back ground lost to the militants this month.

The video follows another released by Isis of the murder of American journalist James Foley and threatening another kidnapped reporter Steven Sotloff with the same fate if US air strikes are not halted.

It also comes straight after the release of a video showing scores of bodies that Isis said were those of Syrian soldiers they had captured and murdered following their seizure of a northern air base last weekend.

The jihadis are spread over a vast swath of territory straddling Iraq and Syria, where their abuses have sparked an international outcry.

So what are we to do?There is a choice to run a country, people for the benefits of its people.
There is a choice where leaders have the power to benefit themselves.
There is a choice to adopt democracy but leaders milk people through corruption.
There is a choice to give each individual the opportunity to have a good life. Families etc
There is a choice to let groups different from main paradigm also have a good life for its group.
As we can see we can add to the list.
some groups show no  Pureness, Not Peaceable, Not Gentle, No Kindness, No  Mercy, Not open to Reason, No Goodness, No Compassion, Does not Care about you, No certainty, No Sincerity,
So also
some groups try to Pure, Peaceable, Gentle, Kind, Mercy, Open to Reason, Goodness, Compassion, Cares about you, No uncertainty, no insincerity,  Kindness and the list can go on.

So choices have to be made.

You may not agree with me but this is my voice here and you can make other comments that will be visible on this page.

Names of Satan here from this source

What are the different
names for the devil?

Question: What are the different names and titles the Bible uses for God’s adversary the devil?

Answer: The original name of the devil was Lucifer, who was originally a ‘good’ spirit being and one of a class of angels known as Cherubim (Ezekiel 28:14). At one time, according to the Bible, he was one of only two angelic beings whose task was to cover God’s glory as he sat on the throne of the universe. Lucifer eventually rebelled against the Eternal and tried to force him off his throne. Needless to save, this attempt was abysmally unsuccessful. Lucifer had perverted his own mind and became the enemy of righteousness. He was thrown out of heaven like lightening and the rest, they say, is history.

Below are only some of the many names and titles the Bible uses to reference the evil spirit we now commonly call Satan. Next to each one, where possible, is its original language (Hebrew or Greek) meaning. Please note that the Biblical reference for each term may not be the only place in scripture where it can be found.

  • Abaddon (destroying angel), as found in Revelation 9:11
  • Angel of the bottomless pit, in Revelation 9:11
  • Apollyon (destroyer), in Revelation 9:11
  • Accuser of our brethren (complainer against those who believe in God), Revelation 12:10
  • Adversary (opponent), 1Peter 5:8
  • Angel of light (messenger of light), 2Corinthians 11:14
  • Antichrist (opponent of the Messiah), 1John 4:3
  • Beelzebub (the dung god, ruler of the demons), Luke 11:15
  • Belial (worthlessness), 2Corinthians 6:15
  • Dragon, Great dragon, Serpent of old, Revelation 12:7 – 9
  • Enemy (the hateful, hostile one), Wicked One (evil one), Matthew 13:38 – 39
  • god of this world (god of this age), 2Corinthians 4:3 – 4
  • Great fiery red dragon (serpent), Revelation 12:3
  • Lucifer (morning star), Isaiah 14:12
  • Man of sin (man of offence), son of perdition (son of destruction), 2Thessalonians 2:3 – 4
  • Murderer, Liar (a falsifier), Father of lies, John 8:44
  • Power of darkness (power of obscurity), Colossians 1:13
  • Prince of the power of the air (ruler who has authority over air), Ephesians 2:1 – 2
  • Rulers of the darkness of this world (world ruler of obscurity in this age), Ephesians 6:12
  • Ruler of this world (prince of this world), John 12:31
  • Serpent (snake), Genesis 3:1, 2Corinthians 11:3
  • Tempter (the tester, one who entices), Matthew 4:3
